POSTURE POWER:  This specifically designed class focuses on improving bone health and posture through strength training, weight bearing exercise and a flexibility routine.  The class uses foam rollers, resistance bands, and free weights and is set to relaxing music.

LOW INTENSITY CIRCUIT TRAINING:  This class is great for beginners and people who like to keep things moving!  The class alternates between one minute stations of cardiovascular exercise and strength training.  This class is led by an instructor to ensure proper technique.  You will get a diverse workout experience with this class.

CARDIO INTENSIVE CIRCUIT TRAINING:  An all encompassing workout designed to produce total body results.  This fast moving workout conditions your cardiovascular system and nearly every muscle group on your body!  It's perfect for intermediate though advanced levels.  Be prepared to SWEAT!

MUSCLE WORKS:  A toning and shaping class that utilizes weights, resistance bands, and BOSU Balls to work the major muscle groups.  This class is also perfect to do before or after a cardio workout.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING:  A 90 minute fast-moving workout that combines, cardio, strength training, Pilates, and stretching.  This workout is designed to produce results and is perfect for intermediate through advanced levels.

POWER WALK:  An instructor-led 45 minute walk that combines cardiovascular and strength training.  This class is held indoors and will teach you ways to make your daily walking routine more effective.

PILATES:  This class features a series of exercises performed on a mat, based on the regimen designed by Joseph Pilates.  Pilates emphasizes flowing movements requiring the use of the Core of the body, which consists of the deep abdominal, buttocks, and back muscles that support and stabilize the spine.

TOWER OF POWER:  An invigorating class that uses the Pilates reformer and tower which consists of resistance cables and a gliding carriage to provide a variety of exercises.  The Tower allows for non-impact exercise, facilitates hundreds of exercise variations, and allows for modifications for clients with special needs.  A Tower of Power workout will add resistance to your routine, improve your Core strength, and can correct muscular inbalances.

The Center for Women’s Wellness participates with most insurance companies. As a courtesy to our patients,
we will bill all insurance companies for services rendered.
