This fitness program is available to
the general public.
YOU DO NOT NEED A
PRESCRIPTION TO JOIN!
Once you sign up for the fitness program, we will schedule you a
complementary appointment with one of our trained staff. This
will help determine your pre-program fitness level. They will go
over the equipment available to you, and help you set up an exercise
program that is best suited for you, according to your cardiovascular
needs, muscular strength, endurance and goals.
Follow-up assessments will be performed periodically as you progress.
