Golf Facts: |
|
wFor every physical limitation a golfer possesses, their chance of
performing a mechanically sound golf swing decreases.
wAmateurs, due to improper use of the
body, create greater forces and torque (compensatory moves) than
professionals, but create one-third less clubhead speed, creating a
shorter distance off the tee.
wEach time a golfer performs an
exercise promoting a swing flaw, the body's neuromuscular system is
altered, and the flaw becomes habit.
wAppropriate sequencing of the hips,
torso, arms, and clubhead are the keys to creating POWER & CONSISTENCY,
resulting in lower scores!

Our certified Golf Performance Specialist will determine your personal
golf needs through the following:
wGolfBody Screen: 30
minute, 40 point screen of the golf swing at 4 key stages:

Address
-

-
Impact
-

|
This information is condensed into a
GolfBody Index (total number of
compensatory factors) and Power Index.

w Musculoskeletal Screen:
60 minute session identifying the causes of the information gathered
in the GolfBody Screen. Chipping, putting, and measurement of
swing speed are also analyzed.
After the completion of the 2
screens, each golfer will have created a Golf Profile, and will be
given an individualized home exercise program specifically addressing
their problem areas.
A Re-Evaluation will be
performed 4 weeks later to check progress and provide the opportunity
to make any necessary changes to ensure success!
