Thomas
Nicolla P.T. Associates employs only highly skilled professionals
including Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and Physical
Therapy Assistants to evaluate and treat patients. These
professionals have received their education from respected colleges
and universities, and have kept their skills current through
continuing education and professional development.
With a variety of services and professionals, we are able to provide
our patients with one-on-one therapy in a relaxed atmosphere. Our
offices are fully equipped, with state-of-the-art rehabilitation and
strength testing equipment to facilitate and document functional
performance in all of our patients.

Joyce Bettinger, P.T.

LATHAM
Joyce received a degree in Biology from St.
Lawrence University before receiving her Bachelors of Science
Degree in Physical Therapy from SUNY Health Center. Not only
does she have experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, Joyce
also served as an Athletic Trainer at Cornell University. She
has taken over 14 continuing education courses in Manual
Therapy of the Spine and Sports Medicine. Joyce practices a
wide variety of treatment techniques including McKenzie,
Maitland and Mulligan for spinal problems.

Michelle Cayo, P.T.

EVERETT ROAD
Michelle has a Bachelors of Science Degree in
Physical Therapy from Simmons College in Massachusetts. She
also has experience with impatient-outpatient care, as well as
visiting home care. Michelle has been trained in the
Blankenship System for functional capacity evaluations and
work hardening. She specializes in the prevention, assessment,
and rehabilitation of the spine and orthopedic dysfunction.
Michelle’s treatment
approach is multidimensional with an emphasis on manual
therapy and patient education. |

Tom Sullivan, M.S. P.T.

COHOES
After receiving a degree in finance, Tom returned to school
for physical therapy. He received a Masters of Science Degree
in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College. While studying
at Sage, Tom had the opportunity to work on the medical staff
at the Empire State Games. He has also worked for local
semi-professional football teams, and as a student trainer for
Hudson Valley Community College. In his spare time, Tom enjoys
playing flag football, ice hockey, and softball.

Ryan Pezzano, P.T.

CLIFTON PARK
Ryan has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy
with a minor in Biology from Daemen College in Buffalo. He has
completed continuing education studies on Shoulder
Pathologies, Spinal Disorders and Comprehensive Wound Care.
Ryan has also performed research on golf related injuries and
mobility. He also worked with a McKenzie Diplomat while in PT
school.

Jeffrey Yash, P.T.

Jeff is a
graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University with a Bachelors
Degree in Physical Therapy. Jeff’s areas interests are orthopedic,
wellness and fitness, and brings over seven years of orthopedic,
neurological, sports, rheumatological and aquatic therapy
experience to his role of Supervisor. |
