  • Sarah Rainis, Business Office Supervisor, Director of Administrative Operations

    Sarah received her Bachelor's Degree from Siena College and joins our team with seven years of management experience in both the human and veterinary medicine fields.  She grew up on Long Island and decided to make the Capital Region her home after completing her undergraduate degree.  When she's not working, Sarah can be found riding her horse, hiking in the Adirondacks, tackling DIY home projects or hanging out with her senior dog, Carmella. 

  • Crystal Race, Accounts Receivable

    Crystal has her Associate’s Degree in Medical Billing and Coding and has been am important member the Nicolla Therapy Business office since August 2015. Crystal has two sons, Bernard and Lucas, and when not at work enjoys spending time with her family.

  • Lauren Bleau, Accounts Receivable

    Lauren is an animal loving vegan who enjoys cooking and spreading the message of compassion. When not working, she can be found at home enjoying life with her son, husband and two cats or out in nature – gardening, camping, cycling and live music are some favorites!

  • Tom Talasco, Accounts Receivable

     Tom received his Bachelor's Degree in History from The College of St. Rose in 1992. He has lived in Clifton Park since 1973. Tom served in the US Marine Corps 1985-88. He is married with 3 adult children. Time at home is spent with family as well as participating in living history events and miniature wargaming.

  • Julie Chesbrough, Accounts Receivable

    Julie received her Associates Degree in Accounting from HVCC in 1993. She lives in Colonie with her son, Collin, her pride and joy. She has over 25 years of experience working in the medical field. Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, kayaking and listening to live music.

  • Shauna McNally, Benefits and Verification Specialist

    Shauna earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Albertus Magnus College and additionally is an ICF Certified Life Coach.  She has extensive experience in medical writing and graphic design as well as teaching therapeutic riding at her horse farm in Pennsylvania.  Shauna recently ‘came home’ to the Albany area where she was raised and now lives with her rescue cat, Sophie.  When not working, she can be found reading, sketching, crocheting, or tending to numerous house plants.
