  • Becki Coffey, ​Practice Administrator

    Becki started at Thomas Nicolla Physical Therapy at age 16, working as an aide afterschool. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Fairfield University in 2001 and joined the Nicolla Administrative team full time upon graduation. Becki began engaging in all aspects of the business from Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Billing, Financials, and everything in between. In 2020, she was officially named Practice Administrator, overseeing the Operations and Management of the practice and staff. When not at the office, you can find Becki on the phone talking with her dad about work, and spending time with her husband, two sons, and two pups.

  • Kathie Wilson, RN Director of Work Assessment, Washington Ave Office Manager, Business Office Manager

    Kathie has been with Nicolla Physical Therapy since 1988 and has been an integral component of its growth. She wears many hats in the business which are only partially demonstrated by her multiple titles. When not at work, Kathie enjoys relaxing in Florida and spending time with her adorable granddaughter, Michaela.

  • Stacey Sano, PT Director of Rehabilitation Services

    Stacey Sano is the Director of Rehab/physical therapist at St. Margaret’s Center, where she has worked since 2011. She organizes and provides short/long-term rehab and respite care to infants through young adults with a variety of diagnoses; dedicated to promoting mobility, independence and improving overall quality of life. Stacey was born and raised in Troy, NY where she was glad to return to place her roots; marrying her husband Brian. Stacey obtained her degrees at Boston University and has more than 20 yrs experience in almost every setting, but mostly specializing in pediatrics with severe neurology and respiratory involvement. She prides herself on looking past disability/diagnosis and thinking outside of the box to ensure all of the clients she works with can enjoy life to the fullest! Stacey still despises making lunches, but is thriving on being a fierce mama bear to 3 amazing children: Bella , Lexi and Greyson on their way to being superstars...or youtubers, or minecrafters... Also, newly in love with a fur baby family addition; a Yorkie named Teddy who lives up to his name.

  • Christine Kostoroski, Human Resources

    ​Christine has worked with Nicolla Therapy for over 18 years as the Director of Human Resources. She received her Bachelor’s of Science from Siena College and her MBA from the University at Albany. Christine and her husband have two very active boys with a passion for baseball and love cheering them on at their baseball games. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and vacationing in Maine.
