Crystal has her Associate’s Degree in Medical Billing and Coding and has been am important member the Nicolla Therapy Business office since August 2015. Crystal has two sons, Bernard and Lucas, and when not at work enjoys spending time with her family.

Michelle has been an integral member of the Nicolla Business office since 2007. When not at work, she can be found cruising around the Capital District on her Harley, or spending time with her family.

Lauren is an animal loving vegan who enjoys cooking and spreading the message of compassion. When not working, she can be found at home enjoying life with her son, husband and two cats or out in nature – gardening, camping, cycling and live music are some favorites!

Heather was born in West Palm Beach Florida but moved to Castleton, NY at age 8. She has her Associate’s Degree from Bryant and Stratton College in Medical Administration. A mom of two boys, Gabriel and Zayne, Heather is often found cheering them on at various baseball and basketball games when not at work.

Sheridan comes to Thomas Nicolla P.T. from Texas, by way of Florida, with her fiancé, Andrew, who is stationed in Ballston Spa NY with the nuclear Navy.

She graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science and a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy. Sheridan is extremely excited to be returning to P.T. and to work with patients. She’s happy to experience seasons with her fiancé, her dog, Peter James, and two kittens, Seamus Elderberry and Trinity Firebird.
